The California Family Engagement Network (CA-FEN) is dedicated to equitable, culturally responsive, and empowering family engagement in education.  CA-FEN believes families are integral to student and school success.

For over 5 years, our statewide network has worked to make schools more welcoming and responsive to all families.  We know that when schools authentically engage families, especially those from underserved communities, outcomes improve for all students.

We envision schools where all families, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) families, are welcomed as valued partners and supported to fully participate in their children's education.
